The Nuclear AMRC offers a wealth of resources and services to companies which are not full members, but which are active or interested in opportunities in the UK civil nuclear manufacturing supply chain.
We can collaborate on specific research projects, using our expertise and facilities to help resolve your manufacturing problems. Your company invests directly in the research and has exclusive access to any resulting intellectual property. See our R&D pages for more information about our capabilities.
We also join or lead wider collaborative research projects, including those funded by the EPSRC, TSB and European Framework Programme.
We are developing industry-led services to support businesses in supply chain development, skills and training, and quality requirements. Initial programmes include Fit For Nuclear and a series of workshops and events around the UK to help manufacturing companies prepare for nuclear new-build, such as the Nuclear Supply Opportunities for Yorkshire programme for regional SMEs.
